Facilities

Prices are from £525 per week and include: 

• All utilities such as gas, water and electricity (but not heating).
• Garden and pool maintenance.
• Food pack to tide you over until you can get to the nearby shops and restaurants.
• Linen and towels* and linen change for all clients staying longer than 1 week duration. (* Beach towels are not provided.)
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms for 12 hrs per night (6.00 pm to 6.00 am) for all bookings during July and August.
• Services of a local English professional rental company for key collection, local information and assistance at the property to speedily resolve any problems should they occur.

Please note: The property is limited to a maximum of 4 adults, not suitable for children under 16, or wheelchair users. Pets are not accepted and long term rentals are not available. 

Saturday is the changeover day.
