The Villa

Los Olivos is a 130 m² property all on one level.  A large, covered terrace (naya) with three Tosca stone arches runs the full length of the property adjacent to the private pool. 

The pool is surrounded by terracing at the same level, with an open sided casita for shade if needed.

The naya leads to a spacious lounge/dining room.  There is a TV in the lounge which via Satellite can currently receive several UK channels, plus DVD and CD player.

From the lounge/dining room a door opens into a large walled courtyard, with a lemon tree and attractive plants; a place which gives you total privacy for sunbathing and relaxation.

On the other side of the dining area is the modern, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and the other with twin beds), a bathroom and a shower room en suite with the main bedroom.
